Return Policy
Manufacturer's Warranty:
Many of the products we sell are under a manufacturer's warranty and these
items must be shipped directly to the manufacturer for replacement or
repair. Please get in touch with the manufacturer when returning
items under warranty. If you have any questions, please email
Customer Services at

before returning a product.
Our Responsibility
All packages are shipped via USPS (United
States Postal Service). We ship to all 50 states, US territories and
possessions, and APO/FPO addresses. Your shipping & handling charge
includes a Delivery Confirmation fee. PLEASE NOTE: It is our duty to
get the package to the "SHIP TO" address you provide. Our service does not
provide compensation for packages marked as "Delivered" by the USPS which
have contents missing due to theft at your address or mis-delivery by the
USPS.
How To Return an Item to Gunner Security: In the unlikely event that
you ever need to return an item, please follow the steps below to insure proper
and fast replacement or refund. You must contact us prior to returning any
product and obtain a RMA number before the item is returned. Items
returned to us without a RMA will not be accepted. All items must still be in
new condition.
Gunner Security operates on a thin
profit margin to bring you the lowest prices possible. Our return policy is
based on that initial margin. Gunner Security is charged fees by credit card
companies. These fees are not refunded to Gunner Security and we can not refund
them to you. We will accept returns of brand new, unused
merchandise that includes all the original packaging, instructions, boxes, bags,
etc. with no questions asked for
up to 15 days after the invoice date. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges on used merchandise or
returns that are incomplete (original product packaging and included
documents.) You, the buyer are responsible.
There is no restocking fee for an item that is returned due to an error on
our part (e.g. you received the wrong color item) or for the return of a
defective item.
All other returns (because you changed your mind or
you don't want it) will incur a 10% restocking fee, no refund on shipping, and
due to credit card refund processing fees, you will also be charged $2.00 for
any item returned for a refund. Sorry, blame the credit card companies. We
hate it too.
We do
NOT issue UPS call tags. All freight claims must be made within 7 days of shipping to USPS
or Federal Express directly. We cannot make this claim for you.
Shipping Charges:
- Buyer pays all the shipping of any
returned merchandise (defective or not) for a refund or exchange.
- If Gunner Security
is responsible for the error, then Gunner Security pays all fees and
shipping for exchanges and refunds
- If the buyer is
exchanging merchandise because they ordered the wrong size, color, etc.,
the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees
How to Return an item:

Return any
documentation showing your purchase. This will allow us to process your return
or exchange quickly and efficiently.

Use the original
shipping carton or envelope whenever possible. Wrap the product in its original
packaging material. If you don’t have these, use a strong box and lots of
padding so the product(s) won’t be damaged during transit.

Do not send items C.O.D. They
will not be accepted.

Return the product(s)
using US Mail 1st class. (If you are eligible
for shipping refund, we will only reimburse you for 1st Class
mail.)

We recommend you purchase and use a Delivery
Confirmation tag (optic green in color and currently costs .75 cents). We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit
or damaged items sent to us.

Include the
RMA number on the outside of the package.

If you
ordered by credit card, email us with the return
authorizing us to bill your credit card for the original shipping and
handling amount. If you ordered by check
or Money Order, include a check for the original shipping and handling
amount to handle processing, restocking,
and return shipment (for exchanges)

Gunner Security is not
responsible for any cost incurred due to returning and reshipping merchandise when
not caused by
Gunner Security, LLC.

All returned products MUST include all
original product packaging,
instructions, parts, etc.
